The cost including shipping to the US is 62.50 euros. Depending on the exchange rate for that day, it's approximately US$81. Shipping is pretty fast - I got mine in a little over a week!

I'm confused! I tried to order (To the World, right?) and after city it goes to County but nothing to do with the US there, no place for a state or country, just postal code. Am I in the wrong place? Or will that be enough?

Yesterday I got the book! This is a book I will keep for the rest of my life. What a lot of information. I had the honor to follow two workshop days from Claudia with my friend. The book brought back the memories from this glorious days!
And then the price! It could be a Dutch price, haha. Normally I have two/three tutorials for that and now I have a real book, beautiful designed with so much information!
So when you are doubting... Stop with that and buy it. You won't regret!
