It didn't get a number. If you do find any of it, be prepared to spend a lot of $$ for it. I've seen it go for over $100 for a 1/4 lb

Oh there are so many that I have missed out on. The dark creeping lavendar sounds really interesting! I'd trade a rod of anything I have!

255-G Silver Grey (a variation of silver pink)

We've been through an Anice White shortage before, I think in 2003 or 2004. If you've heard a rumor that it's "not available" then it's probably just out of stock. It took a while before Frantz was able to restock the last time this happened. Maybe it's a color they don't produce very often.
In the meantime, Bek, if you and run out, I've got a pound of it sitting next door over here in Greer...

Char: that's exactly what I meant, not "out" and in "never to be seen again." I had read somewhere in a post here or WC that it's allegedly out of stock and it would be about a year before more came in? (Anice White here I mean). No CLUE tho as to the validity of that.

It's happened before, I wouldn't count it as an impossibility! Stock up if you have a source, just in case.

well thankfully I have stocked up for many lifetimes on anise white. I have a rod that I put to the flame, <whew> and that means I've close to a full pound that some deserving person can get from me if things do get tight. I just feel life is way too short for this *$%^ glass. so if things do get short and you need some bad, ( and technically I'm sure a need for any qualifies as bad) give me a shout. I've been handing it out to idiots who visit me.

I got some of the Aqua Pale Streaky 791-938.
I made a bead with it last night and boy is it ever ugly
It is a very pale blue with brown streaks in it...
bummer because I just ordered another pound of it from Frantz.
I love anice white too even though it is a huge PITA to work with.
I guess that means I will be picking up all of the little bits that shock everywhere... LOL

I have vetrofond #903 that I bought a couple of pounds from different vendors. It is rainbow red.
vetrofond #902 or at least the one I have ( have over a pound of this one) is pretty much identical to transparent sage... #019 sage green. Hard to tell apart when held up togeather.
not sure what the marked #903 rod you have could be.... it does not match anything I have- althjough the number does...

Laurie, Hmmm I wonder if it was mismarked and it is probably 912 olive green opaque?
Nicole, you tease!!!! Now what does frosty blue do when you put it in the flame? Does it have magical qualities, or does it just stay that yummy blue colour that can't be duplicated?

hee hee... I really wish it did something magical but alas... it doesn't.
The sheen goes away but it is a gorgeous pale blue and I love it...

Well all the rods were marked with the same number....the rods are really rough in texture like sandpaper, was told they all were like that. Beautiful glass whatever it is.

Vetro has a deep blue sapphire that came out the same time the Streaky Sapphire came out - simply gorgeous, and I can't find any more. I think it's #971

Carol, do you have some of the crystal green that strikes to a neon lemon color? Mine won't strike, but I remember hearing there were two versions.
