I have this kiln and am pleased with it. My only teensy issue is that the bead door is not very wide and there may be capacity issues if one makes lots of beads in one cycle. I usually don't make very many beads in a sitting, so it's not a biggie for me. I do wish it was big enough to slump a wine bottle in, but the size is great for beads, which is what I bought it for. I'm sure it would be fine for fusing and PMC too (and one of these days, I'll give those things a try). I like that it's brick, and it's not oversized. I think mine has the Orton controller, and it's simple to program.
I've heard good things about the AIM kilns too, so I think you'll be fine with either one.
