Arrow Springs has a variety of sizes of mandrels for big hole beads, but I can't recall what size Pandora is -

If you have a gas supply shop or a metal shop they can cut rods for you and its a lot cheaper.

I would get a 5mm size if you are wanting to put a core in them so they will still fit.
