Default Best vendor on Asian Boro color tubing, boro in general?

I'm just starting to dip my toes in the boro world after 8 years in soft glass!

I took a couple classes in Vegas a few weeks ago and fell in love with playing with boro tubing and making marbles! So I need to start buying some basics.

What I'm looking for is mostly the Asian color and clear tubing to start with, since it's less expensive and I don't want to practice on the expensive stuff!!

But I also want to buy some boro rods and start playing with the various colors, learning about the striking colors in boro etc.

I'm aware of many of the major vendors who sell boro - ABR, Wale, Sundance, etc. I guess what I'm looking for is 1) input on which vendors you prefer and why, and 2) if there is a single vendor that sells all the various boro for a decent price?

I'm trying to avoid having to place orders with 3 or 4 vendors (since I know I will overspend, lol!), and would also like to consolidate on shipping. I do have a wonderful offer from an LE person for Ed Hoy, and will most likely take her up on that, but Hoy's doesn't sell the Asian tubing, which I really want.

Just looking for your thoughts and advice, and it's much appreciated!

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

I buy everything but Gilson opals from mountain glass arts. Great service, selection, and pricing. I buy my opals from profound glass.

Buy local, if you can. If not, MGA, Wale & Hotglasscolor are my usual places. And Glasscraft.

If I were just starting I would steer clear of ANY of the asian tubing and color. They can be very tempermental which could be conter productive for a beginner.
