Need Color Help
I need to try to get as close as possible to these colors in boro and hope you all have some ideas. I was thinking NS Sublime, Momka Brown Glitter, but would like some other ideas, especially on the lighter golden brown color.
And what about Kryptonite vs Sublime for the green? I thought about Slyme, but I need it to be transparent.
Thanks, Lana

Too bad you need it to be transparent, I have one of the GA seasonal packs from a couple years ago with a perfect green.

I'm pretty sure Slyme can be transparent if you work it a certain way... And that green looks exactly like an old NS colour, 'Parrot'. That was a solid colour though...
Maybe Sublime over NS24 Transparent Green or GA Paris Green?
Amazon Bronze can get that darker brown sometimes, but it may be hard to replicate each time. GA Beryl or Sienna Brown over Olive Green or Chartreuse Crayon maybe for the lighter brown?

Thanks! And yeah, I chatted on Facebook with Pipyr and she said the same thing about Slyme. I just bought a pound of Sublime and am wondering if that was a mistake. From what I have read, it tends to go too light or clear if not thick enough or it needs to be over another color.

GA Used to have "Sour Apple Green" that I believe was a REV 33 color...it would be perfect. I'm sure there is still some hanging around somewhere.

For the browns, you should check out GA beryl and Momka Charlie Brown. Also, one of the light Paris over Charlie Brown should give you the shading you're after.
Please post what you come up with!

Lana -
Do you still need this? I actually picked up some of the Sour Apple in Tucson in Feb. I'd be happy to send ya some if you want. It's a really close match IMO.

Very sweet of you Susan, but I already sent them in!
I sent the client 3 prototypes made with Blue Caramel with Sublime over it, Brown glitter shards and butterscotch frit. All of that over big clear gather. One was just clear boro, sandblasted and oil painted. They are all around 2.5 inches.
This one cracked:

I have been looking for a transparent topaz color of a light golden brown.
The closest I have found is GA Sienna Brown.
