Default Source for lentil bead caps?

Does anyone know of beadcaps that will fit lentil beads? Or of a Bali style that can be altered to fit???

I have searched and searched and the only two places I found were on ebay and one of them also sells through her site:

The sellers are becklinbeaddesigns and lentil-beadcaps-and-mink

Beckinbeaddesigns' site is http://www.becklinbeaddesigns.com/lentil_bead_caps.htm

I'm planning to buy, too, but I had been looking for other places to compare prices, but it seems that there's a monopoly going on!

These aren't silver and the quality is just OK. I bought some and then promptly lost them somewhere or I'd send you a couple to look at. Maybe if my kitchen ever gets done I'll find them.

Here I come to save the day.......(channeling Andy Kaufman)

To make this one work, I bend it long way in towards the hole. http://thebalibeads.com/detail.php?prod=2246

I also love these ones as they sit very nicely with the lentil shape.

Both companies are easy to deal with, have quality products and fast, affordable shipping.

Tierracast makes those too, I've seen them at Rings-n-Things and Lytha Designs, in a variety of colors.

Tierracast was the first that came to my mind too!

I look at the sterling silver v terra cast thing as a reflection of my bead making. I have too much pride in my work to cheapen it down with inferior quality findings. The lentil caps are $2.20 each. Headpin $0.80, daisy spacer $0.22 and the bail is a bit pricier at around $5.00. For $8.22 worth of silver, I put a $60 price on the piece including a free black neck cord or suede. With terra cast, I wouldn't be able to fetch $30.

I was admiring the bail, and how pretty it is!

This is a link to some TierraCast lentil bead caps. I purchased some a while back when I was making a bunch of donated pendants and I needed to keep the cost down.

The quality seemed fine to me. Granted they are not Sterling silver, but it makes me crazy sometimes anyway because I hate the discoloration of it. You do have to tweak the bead caps a little bit to make them fit the width of your lentil bead.

Anyway, here is the link....

Thanks Tammy for the hint on bending those first ones. I bought them and they don't fit a lentil as they are, even though they look like they would!
