How to get "star" or sparkle "glint" in photo?
I am seeing some awesome reflective beads where a small "glint" or star is added for pizazz.
I have Photoshop Elements. Can this be done with this editing program?
Thanks for any help!

Its a photoshop brush...not sure if elements has it or if you'll have to buy one.
