Yep. When you rule out raw materials and fuel costs, one has to wonder what the real reasons for the massive price hikes are.

Well I guess I will be hoarding my 2 pounds I bought years back for I'm thinking around $15.00 a pound!

But gold is down nearly $600/oz since the big high costs a few years ago. I think its just excuses.....fuel costs are down too. What I can't figure is ...if the prices went up to cover costs when gold and fuel prices went up, why aren't we seeing these lower prices reflected in our cherished colors???? Time to use the "stash" instead of buying. As soon as those prices go down tho' I'm heading for the "order" button.

Yeah. I wonder how the sales are since it went up. I simply won't buy any as much as I love these purples, I'm sure others are not as well.
