Default Frog tutorial please

Help!!!!!
I am trying to find a tutorial for making frogs (in any form). I have tried one myself, but it looks like it was run over by a car
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all very much. I will get started straight away. I only hope that mine start to resemble frogs!

I made a frog bead for HGTV last year and have the clip hosted on my website . . . . . if you get on my site (link below), you can watch it on my "about me" page. It's probably not the greatest for teaching, but it will show you the steps and sequence of "parts" that I follow
