They are absolutely the finest! I had a mishap with my terra order and the tube got crushed in shipping and broke most of the rods into little pieces, called Jed, he is sending out a replacement asap!!!!!! Thanks!!!

I have had great customer services with them. I have purchased from other dealers of silvered glass and won't do so anymore, just double helix for me from now on.
