Can you set up a website with Homestead and instead of purchasing the simple store just add a link to your Etsy store. Or is it better to have a shopping cart. Thank you for any information available. Trying to keep webhosting costs down.

I don't see why you couldn't just put a link to Etsy. It shouldn't be against any kind of rules that you couldn't link to sales elsewhere. I don't use Homestead but that is what I do.

Like dropping in an Etsy Mini? You should be able to (but I also don't use Homestead)

That's what I did on my website. Everywhere I mention the word Etsy or Shop, I make it linkable to my Etsy.
