Make sure to look at their Seconds page. Glass quality is the same (wonderful!), just differences in rod sizes, maybe one more bubble. I've been as pleased with Zephyr 2nds as with the 1sts.

Aye, even Double Helix's thirds are a dream compared to some clears.

Try some of their test batches too if you can.

You can also get it from Howaco or any other glass supplier. But double helix has a sale right now

beware....i purchased a few lbs of zephyr clear 2nds (fat rods) because 9 out of 10 times, their 2nds are better than most firsts.
well, i have a few lbs of 12mm rods that are full of bubbles and inclusions. when i asked about it via email, i was told that when i agreed to buy 2nds, i agreed to "take whatever they give and no returns".

kinda burned me on DH glass to be honest. i guess what i'm saying is, the 2nds sometimes can really suck and be a total loss/waste of $.

Looking back at your post history, it appears that you decided for yourself not to contact us regarding your purchase, in the mistaken belief that we had a "no returns" policy on seconds, when in fact our returns policy simply states

"
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt exchange or refund. Please email us to arrange the return.
