Karen Thomas is da bomb!!
I never got a chance to post that I won her Halloween costume grand prize ($100 toward anything in her store). YAY me!!! Before I could place the order, Karen messaged me suggesting that I might want to hold off ordering cause she was going to be offering free shipping in a few days. How nice was that?? So of course I waited. In the interim my FIL became ill & passed away. I sent off an order with an apology that I had wanted to order more, but that life was about to get hectic & I didn't want to forget. Well, the order came today & inside was a thoughtful sympathy card from her & Tom. SO very sweet & kind of her to do that! & we really don't know each other at all except for having placed some orders with her in the past. Totally above & beyond!
