While moving a fairly full tank of chemoline, the knob to open the valve decided to break. Is there anyone here that knows much about replacing the knob? Can I just remove the screw holding the knob on and just put a new one on? Or is it more complicated than that? I would think that it would be okay as long as the valve is completely closed off. First, I might have a problem finding a new knob. This could be a project that would require a 70 mile drive if I have to have it done by the pros. Thank you.
Added note: Yes, I'm guilty of lifting the tank by the knob! BAAAAAADDD!
UPDATE: Got my answer pretty quick on Facebook. Yes, it can be done.
