when mine needs servicing, i'd like to do it myself if i can.

Default oxygen concentrator problems...

Ok so i just bought an EX-15 oxygen concentrator an when its pluged and running the presure is not stable. The machine make some pssshhh noise and the presure is going down from 12 psi to 8 or 9 psi and go back to 12 psi and start over and over again. HELP ME PLEASE !!

Sounds like one of the sieve beds has a sticking dump valve.

But it would be best to have it looked at in person or at least have someone one on the phone who knows them well go over it with you.

Do you all know what model the Ex-20 is? I bought one of those from EO last year, and that is the one that is not working right.

I left a message on their voicemail yesterday and haven't heard back. So today I emailed them, called and sent a message through their website. Of course they are an hour ahead of me so they were closed already.

Hopefully I will hear something back.

Actually I just spoke with Paul. Unfortunately I am in the middle of nowhere in Montana and my call keeps getting dropped. But didn't want to leave the impression that they were unreachable. Apparently they've been at a trade show.
