Help I have lost my tut on penqiuns

Does anyone know where TessKay's post on how to make penquins is? I tried to do a search.. and couldn't find it... I was making some yesterday.. and my memory is bad.. they just don't look right... I would really love to have this again... Tis the time you know.... Any help would be appreciated.
