Default Which Red

Which red or pink is a good one to use for making those little roses on the tops of beads. The kind you make from pulling a stringer and encasing the stringer with clear. The reds I have are not working
and also the the pinks--too pale.
Maybe a CIM color.
Thanks,
Katie

Have you tried encasing the color with a transparent color? Rubino over white or pink is nice, ink blue over periwinkle is a nice bluish lavender...experiment with...not clear.

For pink, like everyone else said, it's rubino (I prefer R-9 Fuschia) over white (or pink). For red, it's any shade of red encased with medium transparent purple.

I may have some R-9 Fushia to try. Will have to order some Rubino.

I've had good luck with Devardi deep rose over white. It is the same color as rubino, but much cheaper and does not turn grey.
