Default Beads in kiln

I'm just getting back into it. I forgot what it is called when you put beads into the kiln. So the bead won't be so brittle. I use to take them with me to farmer markets. Then there would be broken ones. What the temperature setting and how long left in. Help

Butch, I'll give you the original programming I set up with and then the modification I made years later.
Original Daily Anneal Program
Ramp up to 960 F 10 minutes
Hold 960 F 1 hour, 30 minutes
Ramp down 850 F 2 hours
Hold 850 F 10 minutes
Ramp down 74 F 1 hour
End

Modified Daily Anneal Program
Ramp up to 920 F 10 minutes
Hold 920F 1 hour, 30 minutes
Ramp down 850 F 2 hours
Hold 850 F 10 minutes
Ramp down 74 F 1 hour
End
