Annealling help

I am wondering if I am annealing at a too high of a temp.

Can someone please post there schedule in easy to read terms. I still don't quite get how to use my digi controller for my chili pepper. I thought I had it set right, but some of my beads have marks on them today.

Yeah, I did let them cool enough and then I stacked them on top of each other.

what temp are you holding at? It's also possible that your setting is fine and your kiln is hotter than it says it is. I couldn't let beads my beads anywhere near each other or they would stick, so I did some testing and discovered that my temp was over by 200 degrees.

Hold at 925 til done makeing beads ramp up to 960 in 10 mins soak an hour and a 1/2 down to 700 over 3 hours,off.
