Default How do you batch anneal efftre glass baeds

Ive been looking for a thread I read a while back and can't find it any where. I heard there may be some closet batch annealers around, just joking. I know the numbers but would like to know what to do when you are starting from 0 degrees to 968, how long you take to bring it up to 968 or what ever numbers you use. I forgot to mention I am working with Effetre glass.
Thanks everyone:

Closet batch annealers? I'm not in the closet!!

I make rather small beads, so I don't know if what I do will work for you. I've been annealing mine without a controller, so my times will vary with my "oh crap!" memory, but I try to slowly ramp up to 870, hold for an hour, and then slowly ramp down. Whole process about three and a half hours. I need to figure it out, because I have a different kiln now with a controller. I play with a lot of silver glass, so that's why I anneal so low. I think most people ramp up to 970 or so.

Emiko had a thread, and Tink had a thread. So do an advanced search with both user names, and anneal in the search box.
