Default Question about Chili Pepper controllers

Good morning all
I'm getting a heck of a Christmas present this year. Hubby is buying me a Chili Pepper kiln . I have a choice of 2 different digital controllers, Orton and Bartlett. Since I know nothing about either, I'm hoping to get some input from ya here. Any preferences and why?

Well, I bet I'm not the one to ask on this but I have a CP and it has an Orton controller. It works great and I have had no real problems with it. My relay switch went out, called for help, and within a week it was switched out and running again at top speed. Easy to do!! You'll love their ease, but I like how cute they are. LOL

Congrats on such a wonderful gift!! That's how I got mine too!! As an Xmas gift from the Man-Boy, er um, Hubby. ::giggles::

I have two... both Bartlett. No problems.

Between post #2 and #3, that sure didnt help decide did it?

How about this... compare how easy it is to program the two. Bartlett was a bear. I have no experience with Orton... it might be a bear too

Maybe they are identical except for name?
