Nope its a torch that was made in the 1930s and handed down in the family. It has 3 different size tips for ox and a sleeve that will work with soft glass. It's bench burner or lathe burner.

That was so much fun to watch!!! I'm just now learning lampworking. there are no teachers here so I have to teach myself by practice and watching neat videos like that one you posted. Thank you so much for sharing!
