As we speak, I'm making the example beads. Biggest tip for making these is to not force the shape by putting to much pressure on the bead, that only serves to reduce the diameter and make the bead longer. The weight of the bead itself is about all the pressure that is needed. However, to form the 'rim' at the end, a bit of 'targeted' heating and pressure into that part of the mold is needed to shape.
For now, here's pictures of the small versions released a couple of months ago to give you an idea of what the ear gauge beads will look like.
