Bead reamer for dremel
Hi guys,
My bead reamer diamond bit for my Dremel is worn out...worked to death!!
I'm looking for a good source to purchase a new one(s)....most standard Dremel bits are too short for my larger beads
Thanks for your help with this

This is the first website I pulled from my favorites list.
Looks like a pack of 30 would be the best bet but I am sure there are other sources for perhaps better prices in the world.

There are other sources, I just can't seem to find them in my disorganized filing system at the moment.

I love lopaki too. 30 would be more than a lifetimes worth though.

Widget Supply was the place I was looking for in my favorites list that my brain refused to cough up.

These are what I've used for years. Pricey for sure but well worth every penny. They last forever ! http://www.artintheround.com/categor...ning-Tools.htm Plus you can order longer lengths as well.

Is there any other company that sells non-tapered (straight sided) bead reamers other than Art in the Round?

I don't if you have noticed but some of the inexpensive hand reamers with plastic handles come out of the handles with very little effort and even go right back in after I have used them in my battery powered hand drill.
I like the hand drill because I can slow it down to rational speeds unlike my Dremel Tool which runs way too fast for simple bead release removal for me.
I keep thinking I am going to over heat the bead and cause it to break.

Ditto. My beadreamers got stripped of diamonds long ago, but they still work getting Fusion out, so I'm thinking of just roughing up some mandrels with sandpaper and chucking that in the dremel.

Hummm...roughed up mandrels ... now that's an interesting thought!! You'd think someone would carry the straight shafted one. Art in the Rounds didn't last for me and the price is just too high.

I get mine from Devardi, good price so I don't worry if they wear out. Clean the beads in water so the glass doesn't overheat.

Loving the idea of a straight sided one! Keep us posted if you find them anywhere else 😊
