Default changing my glass hive coil, HELP

Simple question before my tech-geek husband takes apart the glass hive kiln. After a few years of running my poor Glass Hive 24/7, I have to change the coil, it crapped out today. Does anyone know if this can be done from the outside in or remove a side panel and change coil. I called Mike but my mechanic is chomping.

Most element wiring goes through wall (brick) and connect to relay directly or through a intermediate connection.... Simply looking at ends of elements and if the wires go through the bricks and not connected by a screw/nut/terminal in kiln chamber expect to have to remove side or bottom for access....

Thanks Dale,
Glass Hive got in contact with us. I appreciate your post. We got it apart and "de-wired" last night, re-coiled and we are waiting for a replacement brick now. Aren't these kilns fantastic....the BEST I've ever owned!!!
Everyone have a peaceful day!!
