Default Florals on transparents

Ive tried melting some (opaque) florals on transparent glass, but the flowers just get blurry and sucked into the transparent glass...not pretty at all...anyone have any tips on what/how to melt opaque flowers into transparent w/o them getting distorted?

You need to push the dots into the base glass and not just melt them in. When you melt the dots in, they will just spread. Heat the dots until they are slightly domed, then heat and marver (or use a shaper and push them down).

Hope that makes sense!

Along with what Hayley suggested, melt them in much more slowly. You don't want to get the base of the bead too hot or it will eat the opaque like a tasty snack.

yes - sounds like too much heat is making them spread and blur.
