pxr3 setting questions

hello all! i have a pxr3 micro controller on my kiln and we are having trouble getting it to hold a temperature. i set the thermocouple to k and changed the mesuring range to 32-1432. i have it on fuzzy tuning and my high and low setpoint is 1065 1080. please please please help i just wnana controll the temp
