Need help with COE 96
I'm a 104 girl that occasionally dabbles in boro, but I "accidently" ordered some 733-C Purple Rose from OCR. I think I am in love!!!
My question is, what else should I get in this COE? Does anyone have a good sampler pack? What is a good clear? Help!!

I'm a 96 coe girl.
I really love Uroboros because of it's consistency from batch to batch. They're clear is FABOO. Reichenbach has gorgeous saturated transparents

Gaffer Glass USA has awesome lampwork glass, veiled cane and clear. I think they have sampler packs, if not call them and ask them to make one for you.
System 96 (Uroboros and Spectrum) is also nice, very consistent and stable with a somewhat limited palette. Howaco carries it, as does OCR.

The nice thing about 96 is you can slap on all the frit you
want and then add even more! I have uroboros in every color
they make. It's wonderful as a base for some of those spectacular
frits!

Where is the best place to purchase a decent selection of colors and clear? I looked on OCR but I also liked some of the Uroboros colors. I am feeling very overwhelmed with so many choices!!!
Thanks for all the suggestions!

OCR carries it, as well. It's listed as System 96. (System 96 rods = Uroboros)

You can buy a frit sampler from OCR where you get to pick which frit colors are included.

I love 96 too! I like the slower melting and to me the glass just looks and feels different.
I'd like to know if you find a good place also!

You could try Howaco Glass, she (JameyLynn) sells Uroboros by the rod. That way you could create your own sampler pack.

One more supplier/flavor is Kugler glass (make sure you look for CANE, not rod!!!) from hotglasscolor.com . Very helpful folks and gorgeous colors.
