Default Color Question

I want to take a new tack in my bead making. I thought it would be fun to work with some colors that when heated form a darker line down the center. I have never tried this before so I cannot remember which colors do this! lol Can you all help me out? I think the moretti pastel purple does it. Any more?

Dark periwinkle.....er, one of the greens...I think looking up "batik beads" might help as this can be a desirable reaction for dots and that would probably extend to stringer work. A list would be neat!

Pinks and copper green. I think most greens react.

I think the same goes for pinks and blues. People often throw in opal yellow as well.

On the left side of the page, Melanie has a list of reactions. Maybe this will help.

thanks. alot of info there!
moretti turquoise
moretti sky blue
Poi developed a thin dark purple line in the middle
EDP base makes copper green separate
Mosaic Green
Copper Green separates on top of Mosaic Green, like what it does on top of EDP, Sedona, Steel Blue, Olive, Cocoa, Flamingo, Opal Raspberry
Peace reacts with Mosaic Green in almost the exact same way as Opal Yellow when it is used on top of Mosaic Green.
Seashell Swirl is FUN with silver!
Copper Green, Opal Yellow and Peace all separate on top of Sedona.

From Debra Clutter
copper gr base, dots reichenbach iris green, dots effetre lt turq
pearl gray base (26, kugler dk silver blue dots, pearl gray dots. lol, that smiley is a number eight!

Keep light sky blue far away from EDP, copper green, and opal yellow. I used the sky blue as a base for the other colors and it was crack city. Fissures all over the beads! EDP, copper green, and opal yellow are a beautiful combination, but I would choose one of the three, white, or another color for the base. I don't get it because all of those glasses are the same in viscosity as the sky blue.

One of these days I will make one of those beads to show the disaster. If I have time, I will tonight because I do have stringers already pulled. Give it a day or so and then when the cracks show up, I will get a picture.

Thanks, Lisi, that is weird that the sky blue does that.

Dark Periwinkle - add that one to the list. I wasn't sure which green.
