According to the calculation, it may be enough with the sides and back enclosure - based on it being
29.75 x 22 = 654.5 / 144 = 4.55 x 100 = 455 CFM
But it depends on how far you are ducting out and how many beads you will have in your ducting - those variables reduce the efficiency of the fan. Also you will need to make sure that you have rigid ducting and a good source or make up/intake air that is 10 linear feet from where you exhaust vent is to the outside.
