Default Mega minor on 2 5lpm concentrators?

I have a mega minor with just one 5lpm oxycon. I am just starting doing a little bit of boro and would like more heat
How does a mega minor run on 2 5lpm oxycons? Is it worth it, or schould I just save up for a bigger torch? I know that I won´t be able to do big boro stuff, but that is all right for now.

I have a mega minor that I run on tank, and it melts boro like a dream. It would be nice to have a bigger flame to be able to work larger, but for small to medium stuff, it does just fine. I think it would work pretty well with two oxycons also-I used to run a mini cc on one concentrator and melt boro...that was a bit slow, but it worked.

For some, confusion is not a state of mind, but a way of life

I´m wondering if running the torch with two oxycons will wear it down faster?

I run mine on 3 5lpm concentrators weekly and have for many years. No sign of any extra wear on the torch.I dont think wearing out is a problem for torches doing what they are normally supposed to do,at least Ive never heard of it.
