To Backorder or not to Backorder?
When placing an order on my website would you rather have the option to have a frit placed on backorder if it currently isn't in stock knowing the following:
1. I can frequently make a batch of a needed blend on the spot.
2. I do sometimes hold back inventory for blend-mixing.
3. If I'm completely out of a solid color it takes (on average) 2-4 days to get that color in from the manufacturer.
If the majority wishes to have the option to backorder then I can either
1. Hold the order utill complete
2. Ship the order and follow with the backordered items (no shipping cost to you)
