Size 12 ring mandrel?

I need to make a ring for a customer but it has to be a size 12! I have ring mandrels but the largest size I have/that they sell requires me to TRIPLE DIP with bead release, but, as you can imagine, with THAT much release, it cracks EVERY TIME in the flame.

Does anyone know where I can find a SIZE 12 RING MANDREL???

A size 12 ring is 0.842 inches. The outside diameter of 1/2" NPS iron pipe is 0.840 inches. Perhaps you could slip a length of this pipe around a smaller ring mandrel (and glue it with a little bead release)? May be time for a trip to the hardware store...
