Default Bead Release

What would you recommend for bead release? Every time I use my presses the bead release crumbles. I use Blue Slug.. Help

I'm loving the Zippz bead release.

Default bead release

You should give Zippz a try and then to clean it out they also make a great product called Zappz. Cleans the mandrel holes in a jiffy. Jan

I've found fosterfire to be excellent.

No matter what the brand though - I think a key point is getting a nice even and "thin-ish" coat is the key.

If you let the bead release coat too thickly you have a risk there of some dusting off when using the press.

You also might want to consider enlarging the mandrel slots in the presses.
