Default Oxygen levels are fluctuating EX15 concentrator

Title says it all. It seems as though my oxygen levels are fluctuationg. I am using a carlisle cc burner but Im only using my center flame. Is this the problem people are having with oxygen concentrators? I am hoping to be able to make small jewelry pieces with this thing. Would this thing work?

I'll have a picture of my tank soon, because I uploaded to my Kindle Cloud drive, and my daughter who rarely has time for anything, will edit it for me and send it back in an email.

brb!

Good kid, she uploaded them to my LE account so I can show you now. Sorry about the dust and cobwebs! I keep it in a cement block so it won't get knocked over. I had my husband lift it up for me for the picture. I didn't put this together, Airsep did it for me. The left side hose goes to the generator, and the right side goes to the torch.

Can you use two different concentrators (5 & 8 lpm) if you use a tank system?
