The D5000 is one of the three I am trying to choose between. Is there anything you don't like about it? I'm having a hard time deciding (and spending the money ).

Off to a great start!
I have a D-70 and have really learned alot from the many generous people on this board.
Once you learn the settings in Apature priority mode,White balance settings,and EV you'll never shot a bead in auto again!
Reading the manuel helps too!!
I believe Kevan on this board had a great tutorial on ETSY that really gives you all of the tools needed to take great shots
