Mine is about 24" from the back wall. My torch station back wall is actually a piece of sheet stainless steel which is about an inch away from the drywall.

I always go 36" mainly because that's the width of the cement board I use for bench tops.

Smile Phantom is in !

I am in the middle of remodeling my kitchen so the new station is on hold for about a month.
I thought the Phantom would be bigger. I won a pair of Radnor quick disconnects on EBay for $ 10.50 new in pkg. that made my day.
We now have almost every thing we need to get it up and running except time.

My DH. He is working so hard! Little did I know that a simple 3 hour marble making class at Pittsburgh glass would lead him to the torch. I am so grateful every show we do together, other artists husbands are no where to be seen, but there in John, talking to everyone and showing my work. Hopefully with this new torch, he can develop his talent for marbles.

My hubbie is wanting to learn how yo make beads. He is always offering my beads to friends and family...I guess that means he likes them well enough to give...or does it??

I am in the middle of building us a new his and hers set up, before we had just set up on benches in the garage that where for other hobbies or general use, these new ones are face to face dedicated to glass work with dedicated ventilation for each torch and ventilation in the ceiling as well.
