Default Microwave Kiln

Delphi has a sale on right now for a Jen Ken microwave kiln. Has anyone used one of these and are they any good? I have two kilns I use for glass beads, but would like something small for minor fusing projects. Are these adequate and satisfactory? My other kilns are usually tied up with beads and it would also be overkill to make a couple of small items with them.

It's been discussed several times before. This thread is only one I found... it may have something in it that you will find interesting.

I believe the only people that would consider them either adequate or satisfactory are the ones selling them.

You're right. When it sounds like it is too easy... it probably is.

It is easy - but it's also unreliable and unpredictable.
