Default northstar starwhite powder

I have a couple of sample bags of starwhite, egyptian sands and canary yellow powder... but I am completely clueless, what should I do with it???

Suzanne, you can use it like you would enamels or frit on a soft glass bead.

Those aren't really my favorite colors of powder.
You can use to but backings on pendants or to color clear ; it takes a few layers to do anything.

I love the white powders... You can use them as primer... try it under the amber purples or other transparent.

Hi Suzanne. I just used the Egyptian White small frit on an opaque lavender and it was really pretty (just swirled around) - was really surprised that I liked it by itself. We are having a lavender festival in our area in July and I'm looking for different ways to make lavender beads.

Here's a helpful tip on using the white powders... get a small magnet and put it in the jar. Close it up and shake it around a lot. This will pull those tiny bits of metal out and leave the final powder finish white as snow.
