I have some dichro on copper. IMO it has nothing to do with dichro.
It makes glittering effects but not comparable to dichro on glass.
The dichro on copper is much thicker and it's not easy to bring it on to the bead. You don't get a layer of this dichro on the bead, it shatters into pieces.

But to be honest, I like it a lot.
It always reminds me on the japanese glitter stuff.

Cheers
Kathrin

In my experience it's really easy to burn too.

I have been very disappointed in this product, for the price it just isn't worth it. It fractures into tiny pieces, and when encased it adds abit of sparkle. Just not that user friendly in MHO. I rarely add it to a bead as I don't feel it adds to a bead enough to make it worth while. Dianne

I love it, but don't use it directly off the copper. I cut the copper into pieces, then bend them a bit to fracture and loosen the layer of dichro, and scrape off the dichro with a razor blade tool onto my marver pad. Then I chop it to the desired size, and roll the bead in it like enamels and encase it. Absolutely no scumming with this technique and easy to control the amount on the bead. I wish it came in more colors.
