Default Mini Tutorial - Bead Stands

Hi everyone,
I just posted a mini tutorial on how to make a bead stand on my blog today.
Here's the url:
http://studiomarcy.blogspot.com/2009...easy-bead.html

Have fun making them and using up some of those bent mandrels! Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Take care,
Marcy

Teri, your kitties would look so cute on them. Especially if you made them with the pillow press so it looks like they're sitting on pillows.

What a great mini Tut....fantastic! I was thinking you could even make your base bead off mandrel.

Question: What do you use to cut the mandrel?

Penny, absolutely. Off mandrel is great.
I use the cable cutters that are shown in this url.
http://www.nt-toolshop.com/product.p...product=111200

My sweet husband found them at Home Depot.

Good luck!
