they all do! They all contain copper, which is gonna play nicely with whatever makes ivory (zinc, maybe?) do all its ivory awesomeness.

Turquoise contains both copper and zinc. You'll find zinc in ivory as well but probably a different compound of the metal.

Watch out for using sterling silver beads next to turquoise glass beads cuz the silver will tarnish from the contact with the bead. At least, that's been my experience.
