Talking FREE tutorial with glass enamel decal purchase!

I developed many images over the years. I then made enamel decals with them.
finally after 4 years of planning, I have success.
(these are not the red iron print kind people print at home...(directions are different for the that- you can talk to Kirsten/ Smurfy5 here at LE )-she has it mastered!!

You would not want to make these "at home" ...U need a facility; these are metals!!
the real thing; permanent installations! Super cool ceramic trix; glaze mixing was one of my things back in the day. My mind loves to think about the science part!!)
MANY COLORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(you could be the first to test my flower power designs!!)

After testing hundreds of decals in the flame, I have discovered techniques that are really awesome!! And I am discovering more as I go.

The tutorial is short, and to the point. And, it comes with the purchase of the decals. Includes flame on decal installation, and fusing. (If you would like to purchase the tutorial only pm me. This is not a tutorial on making them; it is on installing them on glass)
I think this is the beginning of something really awesome for me, and the artist's out there!! I have a whole new product line. AND! I can't wait to see what other Artist's can do; using my decals as a tool in the art beads/art projects they create.
Available at my website

Do you do custom ones? And will they work on boro?

Lara- the fire temp is 1250. (these are not the cheap ones that fuse around 300 or 600...those are not as perminent. This is actually enamel fluxes around 1250. (These are not readily available because the equipment is in the thousands...)
they do fuse to multiple coefficients. the higher you take the temp the more color can burn out.
For boro; I heat the glass, not the decal. I let the glass get to about 1250-1300
and then encase to prevent the gases from escaping taking the color away.

Kittie- I have some really good cat ones that I just have not had a chance to post yet.
I have some cool swirlies too.
so check back.
One of the cats is in mid air; being tossed back and forth (in a fun way, for the sake of the photo)

I am doing a trial custom decal order; PM me if you are interested in that.
These are awesome!

Thanks Shelia. This is weird, but I don't think my kiln goes that high. These are done in the kiln after the bead is made, right?

lindag- Yes, Directions for fusing are included...basic segment program.

Lara-The decals are put on after the bead is made. (in directions)
Your kiln only needs to go up to 950 if you are flaming them on (lampworking).
So, fusing instructions is incuded, you would want to go to 1250 minimum (if fusing).

BORO PEOPLE- As I am sure most of you know; enamel at high temps does burn out a little. I suggest encasing right away. I will be showing different samples of boro soon...in time.
