Default Best Black for dots, soft glass

I am placing silver glass dots over black dots. I am using stoneground as my base bead. If I use Moretti, the black all but disappears. I want to see a definite black rim under the silver glass. What black would get this job done? If there is already a thread on this could you please help me locate it, I'm not finding anything in the search engine. Thank you,

Creation is Messy Hades - it's an "intense black" that will not fade when layered over other colors. If you melt in too much/too hot, you will get a black webbing effect along the edges, so it takes a little practice to keep Hades from doing that, but over all it's the best on the market 'cause it's just as good as the expensive stuff and it sells for less than half Effetre Intense Black, which I've heard is the go-to color for layering black over anything else.

Arrow Springs makes an intense black that doesn't run. It's also great for hair thin stringers.

Thank you all!! I am going to try Reichenbach, and the intense black, and see what I can come up with. Hades I have tried but it still webs on me. I am on a HH so it's not that I have way too much heat, I just gotta find my mojo! Thanks again!

I just found this article on blacks.

and I think that there was one by Arrow Springs too, but don't have it marked.

Morretti-compatible cullet, pulled into stringers. Larry Scott passed on this tidbit. Cheap glass and beautiful results.

Is the black sinking into the Stoneground or is the silver glass spreading to cover the black?
Either one of these problems isn't the fault of the black.
Try a smaller dot of the silver glass or a larger dot of the black.

Just thought a picture of beads made with black and white might help - these were made with 104 morettie black compatible cullet from CRLoo.

the 2nd image is a chrysanthemum bead... so the black is on clear.

overall, it's a great black, great price.

I use Tuxedo or Hades. I just bought some cullet too, but haven't tried it yet. I never use e064 for details - it just disappears for me.
