Question about natural gas,
Hi, I was wondering if anyone uses natural gas? I have a beta torch, and my DH is getting ready to install my ventillation and my gas. I was wondering if he needs to install a on-off switch or nob, and do I need some kind of regulator?
Thank you
Ree

You don't need a regulator and you do need an on/off switch. Get a heavy duty one; the regular ones are not made for frequent use. I have mine at the wall where the pipe inters the room. When you turn off your torch, you'll turn the gas off at the wall, and then on your torch.

How exciting, to be so close! I planned and studied and slowly got things done for over a year before I ever lit my torch. The first time I lit it was such a thrill and soooo scary. I made my dd take all the pets to the back yard in case I blew up the house. Have fun, I think you'll love the convenience of NG.

I really can't wait. I learned on a minor and took only one class. I couldn't wait for the studio to geto so I bough a hot head. I go through about three cans of mapp a day, yikes!! But I just can't make beads as well as I did on the minor. I'm just getting really frustrated, but I did make a couple of character beads, maybe if I get up the nerve I will post them.

Thank you very much Dale, my husband knows the right kind of plumber and we were planning on doing just that.
