Default Murrini's

How do you get murrini's to spread out on a bead nicely? I heat them on a coffee warmer, and can apply them to the bead and gently heat and press - but I can't seem to get them to spread out. Any tips are welcome!

Slowly slowly, heat a bit, press, heat a bit, press, continue until it is as flush as you desire. Most murrini with pull in to the middle as you concentrate heat on them, So you want to pull them out of the heat and press them to keep them open, repeatedly.

I have a free PDF tutorial on my website here: http://www.jetagestudio.com/tutorials.html
(direct link: http://www.jetagestudio.com/PDF%20Tu...urrini_Tut.pdf)

You're welcome to download a copy! Hope it helps. Feel free to contact me if you run into any problems, or have questions with the tutorial.

Good luck! Renee

Try putting a drop of clear over the murrini after applying; that helps spread it nicely when you heat and press.
