Default does all red react with silver foil?

I tried Ask104 Scarlet dreams and bordeux from Messy and both turned different colors when put on silver foil. Is there a red that doesnt react and will stay red?
Thanks!

I have some garnet colored frit that I believe is Reichenback that does stay red when combined with silver. You do have to make sure you work it cool, however. I bet they might have it in cane now - it is transparent garnet. Here's a pic of what I am talking about:

I just went and looked at my jar of frit. The lable says:

Reichenback #213 Opal Garnet Red Transparent

The OCR item for this is here:
http://www.glasscolor.com/products/d...cID=22&pID=415

The really weird thing is this is listed under the opaque colors. But when I look at the frit in the light it is transparent. I purchased this is a bulk buy a couple of years ago and the label was typed out by the person who did the bulk buy.

OCR also has a transparent garnet red here:

http://www.glasscolor.com/products/d...cID=23&pID=293

But to tell you the truth mine does look more like the #213. So I'm guessing my lable is correct and when they say opal they do mean it has transparency to it.

Thanks, Mary! I think that now that I have some new presses I need to make these again - maybe in nuggets

Those are stunning!
I always forget the Reichenberg colors, I really should make more of an effort to play with them, they are some beautiful colors.
