An fan that can pull 350-500 cfm or more is probably adequate BUT there is no guarantee unless you provide a system to capture flame plume and duct it outside. Its called a hood & ducting...
The bathroom fan is definitely NOT in this category. You are better off without any fan and convincing yourself you are safe than even thinking bathroom fan...
