you are right: When we meet in Murano in 2007 i told you i should be come in USA joininin the Miami Gathering in 2009...but unfortunately in Italy and in the rest of the world things is chainging and then i dont know if i will be able to come this year...if not....USA is in my heart and i will come of course next years !

They were in the apartment next to us. But when we were in Murano at the Glass factory with Mike Frantz they were in Venice. So I don't think you got to meet them.

Ok Mike my new cousin!
One of the glass maestro's was telling me that 50 million Italians live in Itlay and 70 million live outside of Italy.
It's kind of funny though. When I am here in the U.S. I tell people that I am Italian!
When I am in Italy I tell them I am an American!

Anyway at least my 10 lbs is gone. It had to be water weight to disappear so fast. A firend of mine who is over there now told me that Aleve does that!

I thought I was getting over my Murano withdrawal symptoms (I was in Ofilia's group this April) until I started reading this thread. WAHHHHH!!! Ofilia do you have dates for April yet? I have to start planning NOW, or the pain will increase

Winter is the best air fare time! But be aware, the problem is it's frickin' cold and wet and can be windy cold/wet

... Even being from Chicago, that cold just got to me real bad. It's aqua alta time, so rubber hightop golashes (sp?) would be in order

Cugina Mike I will be going to Lauscha before I can go back to Italy. Maybe you would like to comem as it is so close to Italy? As their largest rod dealer in the world I had a very hard time explaining why I was going to Italy and not Germany! But being 100% Italian (even though not Muranese!) I just had to go to Italy first!
